Promotions and offers cannot be combined and may cancel at anytime without notice.

Appointments:
Late arrival may reduce treatment time or result in cancellation for the improper notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit of your service value is required at the time of booking for new clients to guarantee their appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or re-scheduling your appointment, except weekends (48 hours). A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your deposit or gift certificate/gift card values for notices less than 24 hours.

Returns / Exchanges:
For the safety and health of our clients, sorry we can not accept returns or exchanges on skin care and cosmetic lines. Please ask for our product tester/sample if you’re not sure about your skin condition. No refund for performed services. No live cell phone and child allowed into treatment rooms. Optaderm is not responsible or liable for any loss or damages to client’s / visitor’s belongings. Exchange of services by approval only. We recommend initial skin diagnosis performed for our client before any treatments. We also encourage our clients to consult their physician if they have any medical health or skin condition prior to their treatment. Optaderm policy, promotions, offers and prices are subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time. GST is not included in our prices.

Optaderm gift cards and gift certificates has no cash values as mentioned in the back of these cards. The dollar values and treatments registered/purchased are redeemable for our current services and can also be exchanged with our products based on availability and new prices. Please note until further notice, we no longer provide spa services. Health and Safety at Optaderm:

Our message is clear; we believe that one of the most effective tools in preventing the spread of infections, viruses and germs is literally at our fingertips. Our policy is designed to keep everybody safe and healthy at all times. All of our employees have been instructed to stay at home if they experience a flu like symptoms. Effective and regular hand washing with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer and sanitization of all our facilities and equipments with medical-grade cleaners is part of our regular tasks. We would appreciate and welcome any suggestion to improve our health and hygiene practice while you are visiting our facility.

We do not share or disclose your identifiable information to any one of the third party for any purposes. We may use such information for the transactions and limited promotional mail out for special events only. We are confident that your provided personal information is secure and safe at all times.
